Sheridan Wilbur is a writer and editor from Rhode Island. She lives in London. 

Her work explores competition and contradictions, intensity and intimacy. A former DI NCAA runner, she uses her experiences to connect with athletes and draw out personal stories beyond results. 

Sheridan writes features, interviews, essays, fiction and poetry. Her writing has appeared in The Guardian, Huck, office, Outside, among others.

She served as Digital Editor for Warner Bros. Discovery’s Paris Olympics coverage and Commissioning Editor for Tracksmith’s METER MagazineShe also led the editorial direction of Dream States (2024), a zine created with On.

From Eugene to Budapest, NYC to Glasgow, she’s covered World Athletics Championships, Olympic Trials, Diamond League and Paris 2024. 

She also helps brands find their voice and say something that sticks. From podcast scripts and paid ads to viral captions and emails worth opening. Selected clients: On, lululemon, New Balance, Under Armour, NNormal.

A certified meditation instructor, Sheridan has taught courses on mindfulness at Tufts University and Duke University.
