In our annual Global Wellbeing Report findings, we published research and insights into the link between movement, community and wellbeing such as: 

1 in 2 are experiencing wellbeing burnout.

Marginalised groups report elevated burnout rates, as high as 59%.

We found the pressure to be well is doing more harm than good.

But we have a simple solution: move with others to feel better.

1) Showcase lululemon as leading wellbeing brand
2) Highlight our ambassadors during World Mental Health Month
2) Show positive impact that moving with others can have on our wellbeing
3) Promote these findings, host a roundtable with six ambassadors to share their stories and highlight the importance of connecting with others.
